Compensation

Affiliates shall be paid a commission equal to twenty percent (20%) of the monthly revenue received by Brilino Solutions from a Referral for up to a maximum of twelve (12) months. Thereafter, no additional commissions will be paid to the Affiliate, even if the Referral renews its subscription for the Brilbook Services.

Brilino Solutions tracks changes to subscriptions on a monthly basis to take into consideration any changes to the Program. At the end of each month, Brilino Solutions will pay the Affiliate for the exact money paid by the referral clients (for Brilbook Services) upto 2 calendar months before the current month. If the amount accrued on monthly basis exceeds at least ₹ 10000.00, Brilino Solutions will remit payment by the 15th day of the following month. If the amount accrued on a monthly basis does not exceed ₹ 10000.00, the funds will accrue and be paid to the Affiliate once the amount accrued on a monthly basis exceeds ₹ 10000.00.

Brilino Solutions shall have no responsibility for determining, remitting, or withholding any taxes applicable to the commissions paid to the Affiliate.
